A 40-DAY LIMITED NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS.
If a claim is submitted within 40 days of purchase, PGS Hockey will provide a one-time no hassle replacement of your composite stick if damage is due to a manufacturer defect.
To process your claim, PGS Hockey requires your original receipt from an authorized PGS dealer along with the white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt or stick. Hand-written receipts and banking statements will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.
Please also note that warranty will be voided, if the composite stick has been used on concrete or asphalt or the white serial number sticker is missing.
The quality control team here at PGS Hockey have taken great care to ensure and maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process. Your new PGS Hockey goalie mask is warranted against defects from manufacturing and workmanship from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.

In no way do we imply retailer liability or obligation. Pro Goalies LLC will apply diligence in assessing and acting upon any valid warranty claim. Valid claims must respect the warranty period and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Your PGS Hockey warranty covers all mask parts against manufacturer and workmanship defects. Further coverage is extended to the structural integrity of the composite components (the shell and back plate) including repair or replacement should structural damage occur for the length of the warranty period.
Mask cages are subject to dents and are not covered under warranty.
Paint chips are not covered under warranty.
Any alteration to your PGS Mask could jeopardize its ability to function as a protective piece of equipment and therefore void its certification status and/or warranty.
PGS Hockey equipment products come with a one year warranty which covers all manufacturing defects.
All returns of equipment must be approved by a PGS Hockey representative following a phone or video conference call. Non-approved returns will not be accepted and will immediately be returned to the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Our policy is to grant 30 days time after purchase to make any returns on non custom made articles. Any article that has been used will not be accepted for return, no matter what the duration or type of use. Handling and shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Any returns will be accompanied by a 10% restocking fee on non custom made equipment.
